Caen
28th-30th September 2001

Dear Colleagues

The EFPP and the French organisers of this conference will be pleased to welcome you in Caen, Normandy.
The prognosis of child and adolescent psychosis has changed radically in the past fifty years. A great many therapeutic factors have contributed to this progress, among which psychoanalytic psychotherapy and its approach within the public health service. It is about time this mode of intervention, which has rallied a whole generation of therapists, should be reviewed.

We hope you will come in great numbers to Caen, a city which owes its calling of crossroads between the Latin and Anglo-Saxon worlds to historical vicissitudes.

As you will find out in this first announcement, renowned lecturer will have the opportunity to present their work on analytical treatments of children and adolescents, as well as family therapies.

Welcome to Normandy in September 2001 !
