Language
English shall be the language of the meeting.

Registration
Participants have to register until 15 August 2002.
The venue will be in a study center near the city, 15-20 minutes distant from the railway station or the airport.

Travel
The programme should allow almost all participants to travel to Basel on Saturday and to travel home on Sunday.
Travel alternative if there is no direct flight to Basel : flight to Zurich airport and train to Basel ( 90 minutes ).

Costs
The costs for the venue will be covered by EFPP.
All the other costs (travel expenses, hotel accommodation, dinner) have to be paid by the participants.

Hotel accommodation
With your registration you have to indicate your wish for the hotel category. There are some reasonable hotels near the venue. We have already made reservations for rooms in the "BildungsZentrum" (reasonable single room with shower and breakfast EUR 80.-).

Sight seeing
Basel has some interesting places to visit (old town, cathedral, art museums, ethnological museum etc). If you wish to prolongue your stay we could provide further informations.

The meeting will be chaired by the members of the working party. You will find a list of the members at the end of this invitation. If you have any questions concerning the meeting, please ask the member of your country in the working party or the local organising secretary.

Informations and documentation for the meeting
The documentation and the informations about venue and hotel accommodation will be sent to the registered participants end of August.
